    I HAVE SAME PROBEM BUT there are a damaged usb3 controller chip. It is a Texas Instruments TUSB7320, and as I said it is damaged and blocks the other usb2, that I think that sre controlled by the pch. I removed the TUSB7320 chip, and except usb3, all is working properly.
