Finally I fix it with new empty chip from my chip supplier. The chip in macbook cannot be read it from any programmer. Maybe it is locked. So now we must replace it with new bios chip.

My bios chip MXIC L154615-10G MX25L6473EZNI in motherboard 820-4924-A . My programmer is Minipro TL866A and also I have adaptor for low volatge bios chips (I think 1.8V). Can I flash it with this? Or which programmer I need?

Every week I have 2-3 of these laptops with no screen problem. I had try the bios upadate and reflow gpu but never works. is that possible to be faulty something else? I make these steps in 10-15 laptops. Maybe must replace the big bios chip?
